Business Analysis is a disciplined approach for introducing and managing change. Business Analysis involves understanding the structure, policies, and operations of an organization to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Accelerate your preparation for the Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) or the Certificate of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) exam by attending this exam preparation course. Designed, created and delivered by CBAP® senior instructors, this course provides a fast-paced approach and concentrates on key areas of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®) release 2.0 with useful exercises to reinforce the concepts detailed in the BABOK®. This course will also assist you in finding and documenting the gaps in your knowledge so you can leave the course knowing exactly where you need to focus your study time prior to sitting for the exam.
We guarantee that you will pass the CBAP® or CCBA exam. If you take the exam within 3 months of the class and do not pass or you are unable to take the exam within 3 months of the class, please notify us in writing. If you were an open enrollment student, you can re-take our open enrollment class at no charge (travel not included) and we will give coaching on any areas needing improvement. You are responsible for all materials for the re-take.

For maximum preparation value, students should be prepared to take the exam within 3 months of taking the course.
To assimilate the vast amount of information needed to pass the CBAP® exam, there is a mixture of lecture, discussion, exercises, and several practice exams in the course. Be prepared to answer practice tests to simulate the exam, with discussions about why answers were correct or incorrect. Many students find this one of the most helpful parts of the class. You will also learn methods of recall and retention to help retain critical information needed to pass the CBAP® exam.

Traditional Classroom
Classes are held in 3 consecutive days, typically running 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Virtual Classroom
Sessions are scheduled in 3 ½ hour blocks of time in the morning, afternoon, or evening (Central Time/USA). Check registration information for class dates and times.
Classes are delivered over the internet. A broadband internet connection is necessary, but no additional software is needed. You will be provided a link to access the virtual sessions.
A microphone and speakers using a VoIP connection or a telephone connection is necessary to hear and speak during the virtual sessions.
